Are there any age restrictions?
All events are 21+ unless otherwise specified.
Our Tuesday Open Jam is all ages.
What is your Refund Policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not allow refunds.
If you are unable to make the event, you may transfer your existing ticket to another date.

What is a Free Entry voucher?
A Free Entry voucher can be used on any ticketed event (unless otherwise stated.)
Is there a drink minimum?
We require a two-item minimum per person for certain events.
This can be met with any food or drink items from our menu.

Do I have to purchase tickets online?
No, you do not have to purchase online tickets.
We sell tickets at the door the night of the event.
However, if the event is sold out, there will be no tickets sold at the door.

Can I bring food or drinks in?
No, you cannot bring any outside food or beverages into our establishment.

Do you have a coat check?
No, we do not have a coat check and are not responsible for any personal items.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we do have a lost and found and will hold items temporarily.
Please contact us immediately to retrieve lost items.
We donate unclaimed items the 1st of every month.
We are not responsible for any broken or damaged items.
